2. Principles and legal bases

We only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide this website, to process your request, to carry out pre-contractual measures or to fulfill legal obligations. Depending on the processing, we rely in particular on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent), lit. b GDPR (contract and pre-contractual measures), lit. c GDPR (legal obligation) or lit. You can revoke your consent at any time with future effect.

3. Provision of the website and server log files

When you access our website, your browser transmits technically necessary information to the web server. This may include IP address, date and time of access, page or file accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and access status. The processing serves to ensure secure and stable provision, error analysis and protection against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR. Log data is only stored for as long as necessary for these purposes or due to legal obligations and is then deleted or anonymized.

4. Contact us by email or telephone

If you contact us by email or telephone, we will process your contact details and the content of your message in order to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, if your request is directed to a contract or pre-contractual measures; in all other cases Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The information will be deleted as soon as the request has been finally processed and there are no legal retention requirements.

5. Projektanfrage und Wufoo

When you send our project request, we process the contact, location and project data you enter in order to check your project, answer queries and carry out pre-contractual measures. The legal basis is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b GDPR. Mandatory information is required so that we can allocate and process the request sensibly; further information is voluntary. Confirmation of the data protection information serves as your information and does not constitute consent to advertising or newsletters.

For the structured management of inquiries, we transfer the form data on the server side to Wufoo, a SurveyMonkey service. SurveyMonkey acts as a processor. SurveyMonkey points out that depending on the services and sub-processors used, data may be processed in particular in the USA and other countries. SurveyMonkey cites, among other things, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. We will only use the information to process your request. This form will not be used for advertising or newsletters. Please do not transmit any special categories of personal data, in particular health data or similarly sensitive information.

6. Technically required processing

Technically necessary information may be processed for the secure operation of the website and the inquiry form. This includes, in particular, security and status information that enables error-free transmission and limits abusive multiple requests. This processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure, stable and low-misuse provision of the website. Unnecessary analysis or marketing services will not be loaded without the prior consent that may be necessary.

7. Eingebettete Videos von Vimeo

Videos from Vimeo can be embedded on individual pages. The video will only be loaded after your active selection. When loading, your browser establishes a connection to Vimeo; In particular, your IP address, device and browser information as well as information about the page accessed may be processed and cookies may be set. Vimeo can also process data in the USA. The legal basis for loading is your consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. 8. External links and social networks

Our website contains links to external websites and social networks, such as LinkedIn, Instagram and QUBE X. Only when you access such a link will data be transmitted to the respective provider. The respective operator is responsible for processing on the linked pages. Please note the data protection information there.

9. Storage period and recipient

We only store personal data for as long as it is needed to process the respective request, carry out pre-contractual measures or a subsequent contractual relationship. The data will then be deleted unless legal retention requirements, the assertion or defense of legal claims or a separate consent given by you justify longer storage. The necessity is checked regularly. Within our company, only those positions that need the data to fulfill their tasks are granted access. External service providers only receive data to the extent required and on an appropriate contractual basis.
